Это второй сборник на создание которого отважились мальчики. Первым была Дискография.
В этот раз Нил и Крис подошли к компиляции сборника с непривычной точки зрения. Они не просто собрали в хронологическом порядке свои синглы, они разделили их на попсу и искусство. ПопАрт соответственно. Многие поклонники подозревают, что это было сделано с целью замаскировать тот факт, что их поздние синглы, по большому счету, были менее успешными, чем предыдущие, особенно в большом американском рынке. Опять же, если сделать диски в хронологическом порядке, то первый диск будет практически идентичен Дискографии: скучно! А мальчики как известно скучать не любят. В любом случае занятно узнать что Нил и Крис из своего творчества считают искусством, а что просто бизнесом.
К сожалению поклонников этот сборник не включил в себя Was It Worth It? и Absolutely Fabulous. Занятно и то, что песня Heart на сборнике оказалась не в сингловой, а в альбомной версии. Сборник издавался на двух дисках, и версией лимитед идишн на трех дисках. Третий диск представлял собой сборник любимых мальчиками ремиксов на свои песни. В другом издании этот диск заменен DVD с клипами в хронологическом порядке сопровождаемых комментариями мальчиков.
А в целом сборник получился весьма удачным. В чартах он занял: NO #2, UK #18, GR #10, SE #20, DE #24, DK #29, SE #41, ES #48, CH #99.
